County Commissioner Seats Contested

The Petitions are in and we have the names.
The Scioto County Board of Elections met this morning to validate the petitions of those seeking to be considered for Scioto County Commissioner.
There are two seats that will be up for the voters to decide. They are the seats currently held by Cathy Coleman and Mike Crabtree. The deadline to apply was December 18th. The petitions were validated this morning.
The first race will be between Cathy Coleman and local attorney John McHenry.
The second race will be between
Mike Crabtree, attorney Matthew Seifert, and Marty Donini.
According to the Board of Elections, the deadline for "Write-In" Candidate is January 6th.
The Primary Election will take place on March 17th.
