Couple gets $120K in accidental deposit, now facing felony charges

A Pennsylvania couple went on a whirlwind spree when a bank, accidentally, deposited $120,000 into their account. Now, they are headed to trial.

Henry M. Robert and Tiffany Williams, of Montoursville, spent most of the cash on things like An SUV, a race car, 2 four-wheelers, and a camper. Authorities stated, the couple also paid bills and gave friends $15,000.

The couple now faces felony charges.

As they appeared in court Monday, a representative told the press they “took some poor legal advice. In all probability, it wasn’t the best, in the end.”

No trial date has been set.
