Two Ohio teachers were charged once Columbus Police watched a 5-year-old girl subjected to “extreme bullying". The event all caught on camera.
Emma Singer, 31, and Joshua Tennant, 27, from the Worthington Learning Center were both charged with endangering children, as detailed in a police report made available Tuesday.
In the video, these adults are seen sitting at a table. A 5-year-old is brought in by an older student, police state.
“In the video the older students are grabbing, pulling, dragging, swinging, and just ‘bullying’” the child, the report states, adding that the child “appears frightened and keeps her eyes closed or covered and tries to twist up into a fetal position.” As she tries to escape, the mob grabs her and holds her down, according to the report.

Photos of the incident (and therefore the employees involved) were posted to Twitter by the Columbus Division of Police.
The adults, allegedly, sit in their chairs watching. The report states the teachers did "not stop (or attempt to stop) the ‘bullying,’”. Tennant even picks up the child by her right ankle and carries her away before setting her on a carpeting, as seen in the video and this screeenshot.
“This case remains ongoing” the police wrote on Twitter. “While we want to protect the identity of the 5 year-old victim, we would like to share with you the severity of what she endured. Actions by educators involved currently facing criminal charges.”
