Safety First

Thanks to our Fire and Police. While setting up for this weekend's Carnival, it was discovered there may be difficulty getting Emergency Vehicles around the Vendor trailers. They even brought a firetruck to do a test for space.

After the analysis, the Fire Department determined some changes needed to be made. Portsmouth PD assisted with traffic control as these upgrades were made.

The Carnival personnel are working into the late night to ensure that Public Safety will not be compromised, both on the Riverfront and along Front St.
