VAN WERT, Ohio- Authorities say a person was shot and killed by Ohio sheriff's deputies when threatening to kill individuals with a stolen semi cab. The man repeatedly mentioned in 911 calls he wouldn't stop.

A dozen 911 calls from the two-hour chase Tuesday in western Ohio with 46-year-old Terry Pierce Jnr. of Spencerville were made available, Friday, to the press.

Pierce, throughout the calls, told police he was planning to kill everybody in his path (including school bus). He continued by saying he was tired of life and would force police to shoot him.

Pierce hit a freeway patrol cruiser at an exit ramp once incorrectly promising stop and surrender.

Deputies fatally shot Pierce once he drove toward oncoming traffic.
