Tristan Anderson, 23, of Bolivar, Ohio was arrested in West Virginia for distribution of counterfeit heroin-laced vape pens.

The vape pens are linked with two high school students that overdosed (but survived) in just 24 hours.

After a search of Anderson’s vehicle, Morgantown Police found 2.5 pounds of marijuana, scales and packaging materials.

Their report also indicates that a search warrant was executed at his residence.

They found an additional 25 pounds of marijuana.

Also, removed from the home were 70 bottles of Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) oil and 300 “TKO” labeled vape pens.

Finally, 100 THC edible candies went into the evidence bag.

There is a belief that Anderson is a member of a larger organization.

Boliva, Ohio is a very small town (population 994) southwest of Canton. Due to the interstate highway system, the trip to Morgantown, WV is quite easy.
