The enraged citizen made this call to Sharonville Police on Tuesday 9-03-19

Here is the actual call to 911 in Hamilton County, Ohio

Audio starts at :18 seconds

The backstory: The caller is referencing Ohio Senate Bill 57. This Bill was recently passed, as and agricultural bill, to allow the cultivation of Hemp.

Controversy immediately arose when, it was discovered, there was no known scientific equipment to measure the THC levels in the plant. Therefore, it makes prosecution very difficult. The prosecution can't scientifically prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, that the person is in possession of legal Hemp or illegal Marijuana.

Here is one of the many news stories he may have seen. However, this story singles out Hamilton County as a County that will continue to seize cannabis (because the statute of limitations is 6 years).
